Job Role: Customer Service Associate Role (Maharashtra)

Opportunity: Full-Time & Contractual Role basis on Assessment result.

Candidate residing in Pune(WFO), Mumbai, & Thane are eligible for this opportunity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
• Candidate shouldn’t be pursuing any Regular Course.
• Excellent English communication is Mandate
• Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs
• Freshers who are done with there academic/examination can also apply

Compensation & Other Benefits :

Salary Base Pay : 247000 to 420900 PA/-

• Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
• 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement)

• Internet Allowance – INR 1250/month (Applicable for Work from Home)

• To apply & complete the assessment, you will need a laptop/PC with Webcam and headphone with good microphone.

• Assessment should be attempted in an disturbance free closed environment with Stable internet connection (minimum 20Mbps)
