Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) offers a unique opportunity for BCA and B.Sc. students to develop a successful career at Wipro while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a prestigious educational institution in India, fully sponsored by Wipro.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
    • 10th Standard: Pass
    • 12th Standard: Pass
    • Graduation: Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA, as per university guidelines
  • Year of Passing: 2023, 2024

Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
  • Eligible Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics

Additional Requirements

  • Open school or distance education is acceptable for 10th and 12th standards.
  • One backlog is permitted at the time of the online assessment, but it must be cleared before the 6th semester concludes.
  • Core Mathematics must be a subject during graduation. Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics do not qualify as Core Mathematics.
  • A maximum of three years’ gap in education is allowed between 10th grade and the start of graduation. No gaps are permitted during graduation, which must be completed within three years.
  • Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold a PIO/OCI card if they possess a foreign passport. Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
  • Candidates can only participate in the test process after a 3-month cooling-off period.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates must pass an online assessment, followed by a business discussion and an HR interview. The assessment is divided into four sections:

  1. Online Assessment (80 minutes):
    • Verbal: 20 minutes, 20 questions
    • Analytical: 20 minutes, 20 questions
    • Quantitative: 20 minutes, 20 questions
    • Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
  2. Round 2: Business discussion
  3. Round 3: HR discussion

Service Agreement

Candidates must commit to a 60-month service agreement. If they choose to leave the organization within this period, they are required to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
